The patient first and foremost
Clinique Élite has adopted standards of practice which revolve around the patient as a person, not just a client. Examples of steps to implement this vision include:
- a limited number of patients per doctor;
- longer consultation times;
- emphasis of prevention and education;
- assistance with making appointments with medical specialists;
- appointments for initial visits and follow-up scheduled within less than two weeks;
- little-or-no-wait appointments for minor emergencies;
- computerized medical files; and
- conveniently located clinics in Blainville and Laval.
